Oleo Impasto Medium (PM7)

This may be used to "extend" your oil paint and is easy to work with.  The thixotropic impasto medium from Michael Harding is made from pyrogenic silica dispersed in linseed oil. Add with a brush or knife to achieve extra body.

It has an average drying speed and increases the transparency of oil colours. Alternatively pigment can be added and ground to make one’s own oil paint.
