DELIVERY 

Where do you deliver to?

We will deliver anywhere in mainland UK as well as non-mainland UK.
Paints, medium, solvents and certain other items can only be delivered to UK Mainland addresses.

International orders

We are able to ship internationally however our site does not currently do this automatically. 

Please use our contact form or email us at info@artreq.co.uk with your requirements and we can calculate a cost (including shipping) for you.

 

Delivery costs

Delivery to the UK Mainland for paints, mediums and drawing materials is free on all purchases over £75.00.  This offer excludes the Scottish & UK Islands. 

It is £9.95 delivery for all canvas orders under £100.00 to most areas of the UK Mainland.  Orders over £100 are free.

Costs to the Scottish & UK Islands will vary dependent on the purchases made.

Costs to the Scottish & UK Islands are as follows:-

One box - £18.00 plus £4 for each additional box.

 Which delivery Service is used?
UK Mail and UPS are our main delivery services however smaller orders may be sent using other couriers.

Orders are generally being dispatched on the same or next day they are received.  Please allow slightly longer times for delivery.


What is the refund / exchange policy for online purchases?
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Any order mistakes or shortages must be made know to us within 7 days of the order being delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We do not refund any return postage incurred in returning the item/s to us.  

We are unable to accept returns for the following items:-

Clearance items

Special order items

Bespoke items including frames, panels and stretched canvases

Any cut to order canvas rolls or sheets.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):-
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@artreq.co.uk and send your item to: Art Req Ltd, Unit 49, Anniesland Business Park, Glasgow, G13 1EU.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail or ship your your product to: Art Req Limited, Unit 49, Anniesland Business Park, Glasgow, G13 1EU.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the reason for return is for defective or damaged goods. Goods should be packaged securely to avoid any damage to them during transit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

ART REQ LTD - STANDARD ONLINE COMPETITION/GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
a) By participating in an Art Req Ltd Online competition or giveaway, you fully agree and accept the Art Req Ltd Standard Giveaway Terms and Conditions as well as the individual terms and conditions of the specific giveaway.
b) Art Req Ltd online competitions and giveaways are open to UK residents aged 18 and over only, excluding employees of Art Req Ltd, employees of companies involved in the competition/prize draw and their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, their families, agents, or anyone connected with the competition/prize draw.
c) All prizes are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
d) No cash alternative will be offered for any prizes.
e) Prizes can only be delivered to a valid UK address.

g) The prize draw decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
